We ask all animal / pet owners to read the following terms and conditions carefully as this forms part of our contract with you to provide transport services.


•It is the owners or responsible person’s responsibility to ensure that all Passports, Vaccinations, Microchips and Medical certificates (if applicable) are up to date and all in order to ensure your animal / pet can travel.


•Your animals Microchip will be checked by our staff on collection to ensure it corresponds with the passport issued. Any mistakes are the responsibility of the owners or responsible persons.


•It is the owners or responsible person’s responsibility to inform us of any special requirements the animal may have –dietary or medical.


•It is the owners or responsible person’s responsibility to inform us if the animal is of a nervous disposition or scared of travel.


•Should your animal be refused entry at any port due to mistakes with the passport or vaccinations we will arrange to return the animal to the owners or responsible person’s and all costs involved are to be met by the owners or responsible persons.


•If any animal is taken ill during travel we will divert to the nearest Vet practise and all costs must be met by the owners or responsible persons. We will of course inform you of this prior to any treatment.


•We have full liability insurance for both yours and our protection. However should your pet/animal suffer a fatality due to an existing medical condition neither us or our insurer will be liable for compensation. By making the booking with us you declare that your pet / animal is fit for travel.


•We have a strict schedule to stick to so we would ask you to ensure that your pet is ready for collection and travel at the date and time advised by us.


•We will endeavour to make sure that your pet / animal is delivered on the day and time advised. However delays happen that are beyond our control and we will keep you informed by Phone / Text / Email of any delays.


•No booking is confirmed until you receive confirmation from us and full payment is made in accordance with our invoice


•All payments must be cleared prior to or on the day of collection.


•Any cancellation will be subject to the following

30 days or more No Cost

14- 30 days 50% Total Cost

1 – 14 days Full Cost


•Bookings can be rescheduled at our absolute discretion.
